Have talked to someone at this office no less than 4 times on the phone. Each time it was a 10 minute conversation at the end of which I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours to set up an appointment. I have not been called back ONCE. Not sure how they have the reviews they have, their customer service is abysmal.
