Ordered a pizza it said it was being quality checked at 8:41 called them at 9:44 order was still sitting on the hot racks and it wouldn’t be delivered for 40-60 minutes. Asked if we could just pick it up they said sure we went to go get it and it had already been picked up for delivery after we had called and said we would come and get. Thought they would offer to cook a fresh one or give us a coupon for next time we ordered but nope. No one said sorry about the wait either. It was so irritating.
We ordered pizza they said it would take 30-45 min. It showed up a hr and half later very cold. We called and told them what happened and they gave us a free pizza. We called and got a free pizza and waited again a hour and half. We call to see where are pizza was and they didn’t even have it in the system. Whoever is running this location needs help!!
This pizza was great of what I ordered but at the same time I was ordering a pizza I wanted with the information they the domones persons asked me for and needed but after I was thinking of what I wanted and my mom after hanging up on them after letting them know I'll be back with the orders I was going to recieve and I did and called them back up later on the phone and they still my order ready but they like had me double the purchase price that I didn't know was there I ordered that I gave to them which they didn't care about and left the food on my porch me without them letting me know they were there for my purchaesd orders that I just gave to them of accidental purchases of doubling more money than was do on my debit card pending of my banking information than what it was last time that I purchased a pizza that usually with cash if possible but now more tax deductions from debit visa card that I should not have purchased at all ever.
FRESH pizza and great customer service. Ordered curbside and they brought it right out! Bacon on pizza was fresh and both pizzas were hot. Super impressed, delish!
Great service. They found the best deal with a coupon for us that I didn't ask for (I forgot). Dine in at this location. Great Auntie & Niece dinner date!!
