I went to Marong in Falmouth a few weeks ago for a new car and found several that I liked. Andy Rogers was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me narrow down the search to the one I wanted. The customer service he provides is so personal and relevant, it was such a pleasure doing business with him. I bought a BMW that he told me about and was honest and sincere. I totally recommend using Andy when looking for a car to buy. He also followed up and made sure the car was working out for me. Excellent!

I worked with Norma and she was an absolute riot to work with, I would highly recommend for anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I traded my ford for an amazing Cx-5. I love my new car and I wanted to thank everyone down at Morong Falmouth. You guys made my car purchase fun and exciting and I can't wait to work with you guys again.

Andy Rogers was great to deal with; personal, professional, and dedicated to customer service. Not only have I bought from him, but I've referred two family members to him, and both have been just as pleased as I have been. I've heard people say that they'd rather have a root canal than go car shopping, but with Andy, I got clear, honest information, even when he was telling me what I didn't want to hear; I appreciated that, and it speaks to how honest he is. I've been back three times since for clarification on some of the crazy details of a highly technological car, and he's been happy to spend the time with me to get my questions answered, even though there's obviously no commission in it for him at this point. I'll be sending more people to him...

I have been customer of this dealership for a long time. My last 4 cars were purchased with assistance from John Philips who is absolutely exceptional at what he does. I usually do my research up front and know what I want, having John there to answer any questions is wonderful as he is extremely knowledgeable regarding VW and Audi. If you are looking to purchase a VW or Audi, John is your guy!

John Phillips was the salesperson supervising my purchase of a used vehicle from this dealership. John was always prompt and professional in his communication and allowed me to inspect and test drive the vehicle on my own, at no point did pressuring me into a sale. Additionally, John did not hesitate to address any of my questions and was always honest in his answers. I will happily return here to purchase my next vehicle and highly recommend Morong Falmouth to anyone seeking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
