I really enjoy this place’s pizza. It’s always hot, even when you get there late at night. The employees, even when they are super busy, are kind and helpful as can be. Again, the food is always what I am expecting when I order from here. It’s not gourmet, haha, not in any way. But it’s good. The service is consistent. The parking lot is probably the worst experience. It’s a hassle to get around when it’s a busy evening.
Their food is great but the service is on the other end of the scale while friendly and incredible people they seem to be lacking training or the ability to effectively do their job and having been in fast food before I know that it is not hard to get the right employees for the job or get them trained properly. I can say that ordering online or through their app is much more reliable.
Very fustrated! Called in my pizza order, went down to the store after 15 minutes, like I was asked. Then was told it was not ready and she would let me know. Stood in the lobby for 25 minutes then I finally asked how much longer will my order be? The girl at the front said What was your name? I told her, she said, oh here it is. My pizza had been sitting there that whole time. Never got a I'm sorry about the wait, or nothing. Just slid my pizzas across the counter. Not impressed!!
I think this is probably the best Little Caesars I've had. There pizzas are always well made and don't taste like $6 pizzas!
Even.though they had a pepperoni hot n' ready I needed to do one as a specialty. They told me it would be 10 min to make. They were so quick, gave me a fresh made pep instead of a hot n' ready and brought it to my car. The girl who took my order and brought me my pizza was polite and had great customer service skills.
