Can’t thank Steve in the service department enough, called him with an issue on my 2021 F150 and he had me in the same day to get it resolved. Even though I bought the truck from a dealership in Bangor, he didn’t hesitate to get my issue sorted out. Top notch service, can’t recommend them enough!
Great experience from the moment I arrived at the dealership until I drove away in my new truck. The salesperson really listened to my needs, addressed any concerns I had, and was very thorough and patient while walking me through various features of different models on the lot so I could make an informed choice. He seemed very knowledgeable and competent throughout the entire transaction, and I left in my new vehicle confident both that I had made the right choice and that if any problems came up after the sale they would work with me to make it right. Highly recommend this dealership!
