Worst experience ever, I was approved on Thursday of last week for a car and the woman on the phone said the down payment would be $2800.00 and I made an appointment for Monday (today) to come in and basically try the car out and buy it. I showed up that Monday and confirmed my appointment and inquired about the car I was interested in and the amount they said I needed to put down was now $4500.00 on a $12,000.00 car which is very different than what was told to me on Thursday and I just paid off a car with them a month prior. I will no longer be a customer or refer people to A1 ever again.

This morning I went to look at a light blue 2011 Subaru Outback, This Subaru was listed on their website as a 1 owner vehicle after talking to the lady that was there we learned that this vehicle was really owned by 3 not one. It had come from action. Which was fine but when we decided to take it for a test drive we realized before leaving the parking lot that the back brakes were pretty much done. When I went inside to let the guy know about this he told me I was wrong and that his garage just checked the vehicle. My dad has been a mechanic for longer then I’ve been alive and he would NOT drive this car. I simply just wanted to test drive another vehicle but after being told that I was being rude for saying his garage was wrong I decided to leave. I have no idea what this sales persons name was but I highly recommend not even wasting your time going here. If you really need a buy here pay here place go to Dave’s discount world, at least they’ll treat you a little respectful.

We submitted our application, and the credit department was willing to work with us with what income we have and deposit amount to find the right vehicle. Once approved, we were able to drive home in our new truck the same day. Great customer services in both their main office and Mechanic Falls location

I am very impressed with there service. I purchased my vehicle about a month ago engine light had came on let them know and if it got worse they would take a deeper look. As of now my cars in there shop and they lent me a loaner. I recommend if your looking for a great car dealer that had great and friendly service I definitely recommend A1 Auto. Thanks for your great service.
