Notre Dame Federal CU

My husband and I both bank with NDFCU. Even though we live states away, banking is made simple and easy. Chris Emery has been phenomenal to both of us and is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may come across. He has helped us get financed into our dream cars and he has also worked with us to refinance previous vehicle loans so that we were able to get a better rate & payment. He has always been pleasant to us and patient when explaining our options when it comes to our financial needs. We’ve been continuously satisfied with this credit union and we plan to continue business here.

Had an excellent experience working with this bank online, haven't visited in person but I didn't need to. Very helpful and easy to work with.

Sorry but this is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Really what is the reason to always be closed. I’ve gone to the bank about 5 times now since I’ve gotten my account settled here. 2 out of those 5 times they have been open. Those 3 times they were closed. Worst bank. Honestly I’d love to work there. Considering I would never have to come in :)

Atm machine turned off when I deposited money and it never transfered to my account. They told me to come back tomorrow to file a report and that they knew obout the problem.

Very unprofessional
