Diner-esque breakfast place with many lunch/dinner options.nThe restaurant is clean and inviting. Server was a bit slow to get drink order in or visit table, but once she took our order was decently attentive. She asked us what we were missing when delivering food to table, two sides of bacon and a side of toast...nFood came quickly and was of good quality and was warm.nThis place could improve by training servers a bit more. BUT it's still a solid choice for breakfast in Portage.

The french toast bread was actually fresh and the servings were big for the price. If a restaurant serves bread that is actually fresh then I'm trusting everything on the menu.nnI hate breakfast restaurants because they always have 5 stars on google but their food sucks. This place though, actually has good food and it's not just people being nice because they've gone here for 100 years.

LOVED our waitress Stormy, It was her first day but she did fantastic!! Very personal and friendly!! Super sweet! Food was good, I got the thick French toast a little bit dryer than I like, So when I return I will let them know to make it more wet. The other food was perfect.n**One big thing I feel I need to mention is the receipt for the bill does NOT have the tax added to it.....so if you are paying cash and leaving tip, they might not get the amount you want because tax isn't added yet!!! ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0fnSo glad I found out. Not sure why the restaurant would do that. ud83eudd14.

My husband and I absolutely love coming here! We have came every Monday so far and it's a wonderful dinner. Everyone is so friendly and the food is amazing. If you are visiting, passing by town, or even local stop by and see for yourself!

Such a wonderful restaurant! Great comfort food cooked really well! It’s everything you want! And the staff is amazing! The manager is wonderful and each member of the staff! We will be back!
