The manager named Leo is friggen amazing, best manager I have ever met, also loved most of the crew working there too, keep up the good work Leo!
After waiting on hold for about 7 minutes I was told my pizza would be ready in 30-40 minutes. Got there at the 40 minute mark and had to stand a wait again while they were all in chaos, and then was told it would be an additional 30 minutes until my pizza was ready. So... should I wait in my car for 30 minutes while my kids are at home waiting to eat? No thanks. I wish this was the first time this has happened or even the first complaint I’ve had with this papa John’s. This is just the first time I’ve decided to review them. It’s getting a bit ridiculous Papa John’s.... figure it out.
The only reason I'm giving this high of a review is because of customer service. The website is a disastrous joke. I called Leo at the Syracuse store and he took excellent care of me. So for this young man's exceptional service I give him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
It's ok. Not my favorite, but I have friends who won't go anywhere else. Though not the best service the food was okay. I think I might have a different pallet than most here as I have had NY 🍕.
Never called or texted me like they said so the pizza was just sitting for like 25 min. Pizza was also undercooked. I had to immediately put it in the oven when I got home and cook it myself. Didn’t use enough cheese to cover the whole pizza. Too much sauce. Bad enough to motivate me to write this review which I rarely do. Very disappointed.
