We had an error with our take out order. We got thin crust, instead of deep-dish. Not even original, but thin. It-is-what-it-is. Human error, it happens. Not only did we get to take home the wrong food. They made us new correct food & went above and beyond to make it right. There was a bit of a wait, but well worth it. Their employees were sincere & accommodating. We will for sure be back again!
Food is amazing. However, since we moved to the area 7 years ago, the takeout experience has been SO poor. We keep going back, hoping it will improve, but it just hasn't. Orders get sent out wrong, orders are ready 25 minutes later than promised, or orders not being made at all. It doesn't matter whether we order online or call the order in, there are problems 85% of the time. So frustrating because I wish it was better because we love the food.
Like many others, my family enjoyes going out to eat. The Pizza Factory could be the place to hang out. When you walk in and it not busy but there are tables not bussed and the salad bar has clearly been let to sit and turn brown, its clear the staff doesn't get how important appearances are. The food is good and the staff are kind and always willing to help. I really want to recommend this restaurant a lot more. But they've got just a little work ahead of it.
Always good quality food and a friendly staff.
