Ordered five sandwiches for delivery. One was messed up so I called the store and they gave me options on how to I wanted them to fix the mistake. I asked for a new sandwich to be delivered and within minutes I had the correct sandwich at my door! Great customer service! As far as taste goes, it tastes like every other Jimmy John’s so that’s good! Why else does someone order from JJs? To get that delicious sandwich.
Ordered sandwiches for myself and co-worker took 50 mins and they had our orders mixed up. When I called to ask about our delivery I was told they only had 1 driver which I understand but I wasted my lunch waiting on food.
The sandwiches are pretty good but they forget items often and customer services has completely gone downhill.
Ordered sandwiches and did not have them delivered for over an hour. We contacted the store and they said they had other deliveries in the Freeport center and we were last on the list. Don't advertise fast service if you cannot provide it. We have also ordered and never get what we ordered. This is our last time going there!
