Papa John's Pizza

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location! We always order online and they have never gotten it wrong. I’ve come to really like the thin crust! Good pizza for the price!

I hate to give 4 stars because usually this Papa John's does good work but sometimes rushed and tend to overkill the sauce which generally means it ends up in the trash since everyone picks the slices that they don't have to drink the sauce with but it's not a common problem. Staff is always friendly and professional. Also like most pizza places now days the extra cheese option is taken as a suggestion even though they charge extra for it. Even when I've paid for extra extra it looks the exact same so it's not worth paying extra for by no means. I'd say 9 out of 10 times though it's hot done right and delicious.

To start off, I love Papa John's Pizza. It is our go to when we want pizza. Fairly consistent orders, even have them saved to my account as favorites and rack up quite a bit of Papa Dough with my 4 -5 orders a month. I have however been noticing a trend with this location. I always order our pizzas well done. Since our main favorite is Pepperoni and pineapple, the juice can make the dough soggy. Lately, as in the last 2 months, it gets less and less well done, this last one was so under done that when we picked up the first slice all of the toppings, cheese and all slipped off of the crust. Thought it a fluke, but it did it with all of them. I used to work in a pizza place in high school and i don't know if it is different at Papa Johns but our conveyor ovens had a side hatch we could load cooked pizzas into when we were busy to give an extra bake without having to send it through the full oven again. Food and staff are very friendly, but I feel they are getting a little lazy. Side note- when i picked up the order, it was sitting on a counter and not in the spacious warming area, so it was no where near warm when we got it home. Which made the toppings falling off even worse since it wasn't due to the cheese just being to hot and not settled. Still will go to this location out of convenience and my family's love for Papa John's but will preheat the over from now on before i go to get my pizza. Might have to try Papa Murphy's if it keeps up.

To the lady who delivered my food to my work the boss shop in ogden. Thank you. You are amazing. The rest of the team made my food good and she made the service epic. I dont know her name. But she was awesome.

We usually are pleased with PJs pizzas however tonight we picked them up and brought them home only to find large bubbles in the dough uncovered by cheese and sauce. Also the parmesan cheese crust was less flavorful that I imagined, somewhat of a let down.
