Bought an 2005 gmc sierra crew cab 4 wheel drive and was one of the cleanest ones I looked at and got a good deal about 2000 less than blue book so I'm happy thanks Eric.

I purchased a Ford F-250 from them and they advertised it as a 7.3 diesel but come to find out the next day that it’s really a 6.0 diesel.. now of course I’m getting the run around from them because I want my money back for false advertising, this company is a joke karma will catch up I will be contacting the state and a lawyer

I purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 with 157k miles from GO Brothers on 5/20/20. I was given a 45 day drive out tag. The dealership was small and crammed, but they seemed nice. Turns out they made several misleading statements regarding the condition of the vehicle, which I would find out shortly after the purchase. Erika even told me she drove the truck personally for the last few days-there where no issues to be had. Lies. But it was an As-is purchase though, right? So you just kick yourself and deal with it.nLater, when I inquired as to what would happen if I did not receive my title in time, I was advised that they could give a 2nd drive-out tag, which would buy me more time. Please note that this is not a lawful solution. I did not receive my title within 30 days. I was not contacted to advise that the title was ready until 43 days after purchase -on a holiday weekend. From the issue date on the title (6/9/2020) they held it for weeks after receiving. I believe they wanted me to feel rushed to take title and register before the BMV closed for the July 4th holiday - but I was not able to come. And I would soon find out why they did this. When I was able to come to the dealership on 7/10/20 to pick up the title I was asked to “sign for the title pickup” - it was here reviewing the documents presented I discovered that that the title was branded salvage/rebuilt! When I pointed this out, Erika acted just as surprised as I was, apologizing. Needless to say, I politely refused to sign and asked for Mr. Eric Gomez, the manager, so we can resolve. I was told that he was not available but that she would call and text him, and I waited for a while in the office. I was still stunned, but not angry - it must be a mistake, right? After a bit with no answer, I left with a xerox copy of the title.nI did not receive any call back so I mailed them a disgruntled but direct letter letting them know I was unhappy and wanting to resolve. A history report I obtained confirmed the vehicle has long been branded salvage, but also disclosed in the report was that, just days before I purchased the truck, it had nearly double the mileage reported by a reputable dealership! If it wasn't before, it was now clear they were dead set on screwing me over from day one. I sent the dealer a second letter letting them know what I had just found (that they had tampered with the odometer) and demanded they compensate, asap, for the for the difference in values, work done to vehicle, inspections needed, work needed, etc or I would be filing complaints and filing suit to recover damages.nI still haven't heard from them a resolution or proposal -I believe they were trying to exhaust the time I had to file a dispute with my card company for that portion of the purchase. And hoping I would be silent and go away. In the one in a trillion chance that all of these instances happened by mistake, you’d think the dealership would call to make it right. Nope. Never. It was only after my letter that I got a call back, NOT from Erica or Eric Gomez, but an attorney representing them -I wonder why.nI would STRONGLY encourage you to go elsewhere if you are in the market for a vehicle and value your hard-earned money -No matter how good a deal it may SEEM. I STILL have not come to a resolution with this dealership, even with the abundance of evidence that I was scammed. It appears that the extent they will go to deceive you to make an extra buck has no limits. Save yourself the headache and you’ll thank me later, instead of wishing you had listened. Free wisdom.

My sister purchased a car from this lot. Go Brothers Automotive for $3500. On 05/09/2020. By the time she drove it across town it stops on her. Then the very next day has to have the car towed home. Called them 05/11/2020 to talk to them. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful. Would not consider giving me my money back nor put her Ian another car. I called back and was told they do not have a mechanic on staff to check these cars out and they don’t hav to. I said to her NOBODY has $3500 to give away especially a single mother. Again this woman was not cooperating with me. Our next step is to call an attorney and contact channel 6 news.
