First time kia purchase and love the car overall. Yet the dealership experience wasn't as pleasant compared to Chevrolet and Toyota dealership i recently visited. First off the dealership basically forces you into purchasing a $700 safety feature you can't deny. Also I asked to add in the window tint package they offered. Well after signing paper work all the chaos and truth came out. I was told only certain windows can be tinted and I would have to pay out of pocket to get what I wanted done. After speaking with the manager of sales he basically said a $135 wouldn't be charge the dealership wanted to take on. So after the first time of messing my windows up I would have to come out of pocket for their mistake. Again the car is great and I'm enjoying every moment of driving it. Yet the customer service at the dealership needs to be addressed!
I needed to purchase a truck for work, I called Josh Cones at Ray Skillman Kia. He was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and more. He was so helpful and I appreciate his patience that he had with my husband and I. It was such a great experience for us that we actually came back a few days later and bought another car. I take my Mitsubishi Mirage here for regular servicing. They have always been transparent on their pricing, and recommendations. Instead of pushing you to do things earlier than necessary, they advise you on what needs to be done vs what can wait. The service center is 5 star every time.nnThe only reason I take one star off is because using the service center means the sales center has your contact information. And you will receive unsolicited calls and emails trying to convince you to buy a new Kia.

I had the pleasure of getting my 2017 Chevy Silverado from GT. I could not be more impressed with the level of care GT has with his customers, and the knowledge he has of the vehicles. He made sure the deal was right for me and even took the time to ensure I was still enjoying my purchase much after my visit.
