Took over an hour to get there. Then they just pulled my car out and only took 7 minutes and was charged $430. Never have used a tow truck before but now I'll make sure to check the price. Maybe I'm in the wrong business. Then they totally were unprofessional and rude to my wife on the phone and hung up on her. Then called her back and told her karma would get her. They should listen to their own words.
I called for a tow, as I was on the side of the highway, I called Mighty Tow, he advised a driver would be there in 30 to 40 mins, so after waiting about 30 minutes, the driver calls to say as he is on his way he sees and accident and has to assist them. So basically I had to find another company or wait. Said he would call after he was done. I think that was very unprofessional, they never called to see if I got a tow, or if I was ok.... I called A 1 towing out of Oak Forest and they were there in less than 20 mins. Will never use this company....
Showed up and got the job done. Very knowledgeable guys. They were so quick to get me loaded and off the road.nThanks Mighty's - I will always use your services if i need it.
They take too long to arrive and charge you for it, used them a couple of time because of their heavy duty tow. this last time their rate tripled for no particular reason. make sure you ask for rates before they load your vehicle.
Do not use them avoid at all cost!!!.nThey lie from the start and give you a fake eta. They will charge you from the time they leave their yard and for the return! Make sure to record you phone call and get a written estimate before they come, Otherwise, they just make it up as they go. Most deceptive business practices I have ever seen in many years.
