Good clean storage place rented from them multiple times and never had an issue

It's nice, clean and has a lot of variety for what size storage room you like. Can go inside and sign up for a storage area, pay for it as well as get a lock that is a rust proof outside lock, with a key cover to not rust up. Doors kept un working order, areas kept up inside and out. Fenced in for safety and gate code sent to number you provide on application, reduces break ins at night. Overall nice place.

I have been with Red Dot since they bought out Abode Storage a couple of years back. I have never had any troubles with them until today. I was simply trying to pay my bill online but was getting an error that I could not pay until I received an invoice. I contacted their Customer Service (Shayla) through online Chat. I told her my issue and that I received an invoice 2 weeks ago. She said it was a problem with their website and their IT Dept is working on it but has no timeframe to get this fixed. She recommended calling the Customer Service Number or stopping by a Kiosk to make the payment. THis is why they have 3 ways to pay. I told her that i am in meetings and on the phone all day for work and calling in is not an option for me. I am also several hours from a kiosk and that would be extremely inconvenient. If you provide 3 types of payment methods but only one works for the customer, they just shrug it off. I found out that i have a 5 day grace period for late payments but they will not guarantee anything else even if it is an error on their side ... too bad for the customer that is paying for a service. Not a very good job.

Worst storage area in the area. Takes 3 days to get plow up and down the rows after a snow. Never salted and ice was horrible
