Climate control units are excellent.nHad my unit since opened, great service. Never had one issue.
No stars. Emptied my unit. They keep billing me. They are credit card fraud! DO NOT USE THESE UNITS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. FRAUDULENT!
Water damaged our belongings in a climate controlled unit.
I wish I could give negative stars for this place. I emptied my storage unit on November 22, 2019. Since then I have continued to receive multiple bills for rent. Whenever I go there, the office is closed or no one is there and there's a note to call. I call and I get voicemail. I have left several messages indicating that I emptied that storage unit on November 22, 2019. Today I receive an email saying I'm still delinquent, my lock has been cut off, a lien has been placed and my contents are going to be auctioned off. Such poor management. Won't be recommending this place to anyone!
Terrible experience. Long story short, I suspect they stole some of our stuff. Ed and the girl who works for him avoided my calls for months and when I finally spoke to them, their stories did not add up. Ed was no help. Never rent from him!!!!nnTo respond to you: It was under the name Pamson. Unit 117. We have spoken about the issue. My whole experice was unprofessional and a lot of my stuff was stolen. It's weird that you had camera issues right around that time too. I wish that our issues could have been resolved.
