We have had a terrible experience with Cintas. It took months to get our uniforms, they would frequently not supply us with necessities like soap and rags, and did not follow through on our requests. Our complaints fell on deaf ears. Management at the Davenport location lied and said we never contacted them. Warning to all business owners out there looking at this company - go elsewhere if you want good service!

I’m in the process of changing. The worse service I have have ever had. Oh and don’t bother calling your sales representative he (Kyle) will never call you back!!

This terrible company is a nightmare to work with. Do not sign a contract with them.
