My spouse and child go here all the time and we’ve never had a problem with them. This past time, I called to make sure we could get in before NYE. Thankfully they had appointments available for both barbers they see at the same time. However, to our surprise they forgot to put them down for those times and therefore got double booked and had to wait another hour to get in the chair. I know it wasn’t the barbers fault, but the person that took the call. This won’t deter us because we love them so much but please pay attention, especially when we call days prior to make sure we have a spot with their preferred barbers.

What an amazing establishment!! I was lucky to get a last minute apt with Vanessa this am. All I can say is , Vanessa is yrs beyond her time in the industry!! Polite, converses well, and knows her craft like a 20yr seasoned Barber. Her attention to detail is spot on!! Rock on Girl, you're going to to amazing things!!
Went here and got my haircut, they did an awesome job. I usually go to cheap haircut places but I'm glad I decided to try this place out. Did not disappoint.
