Bevel Salon & Blow Dry Bar

I have visited the salon a handful of times and the place is always clean and the staff is so friendly. I love the vibe of the salon and Meghan does an amazing job on my handtied extensions, i found her price to be fair with surrounding salons and she really knows what she is doing. She is so knowledgeable and answers all my millions of hair questions! My hair feels better than it ever has. I'm so happy I stumbled upon Meghan and this salon!

I normally do not write reviews, but my experience here has warranted some feedback. I have gotten hair extension done here sporadically over the past 2 years. Today I was told that my extensions (which were only worn once, though to be fair it was a while ago) were thrown out. I was told by Michelle, the owner, that she did not store extensions for longer than 6 weeks. Every other time I got extensions it was at least 4 months in between each set and they always kept them, cleaned them, and dyed them for the next set without issue. I thought their standard operating procedure was to keep extensions until the next round. However, without a phone call or notice, they threw out $600 worth of my hair. I made an appointment for next week (since I have not been able to get in since before the pandemic when I was planning to have them done) and was told they don't have my hair, but I could buy more. This is completely unacceptable. The hair I had was brand new and through no fault of mine was thrown out without even a phone call or option to pick them up. Instead of offering to buy a new set of hair, Michelle acted like it was my fault and I should have known that they do not keep the hair. She also implied it was her employee's fault and she did not bear any responsibility for this. I feel this is unprofessional and they will never get my business again. Think long and hard before paying the obscene prices for hair extensions at this salon.

Cool vibe, experienced staff....very friendly, with all the latest techniques and trends in both services and products. A big city gem in the small town!
