Great classes, coaches, and overall experience.
Professional and knowledgeable. Great coaches who emphasize good form and safety. Everyone is supportive.
We have been going here (at previous location first) for years. My sons are in kickboxing and karate and now they offer kids and adults yoga. It is a very nice facility run but a very professional world champion kick boxer. I highly recommend this dojo for physical and mental fitness from some great professionals and coaches.
A+++ Can't say enough about Striking Arts, from beginner to advanced, you can't go wrong! A great workout and Kyle is an excellent teacher
