I would not recommend this place to anybody! They have the absolute worst staff, both on location and at the corporate level. Nobody ever answers the phone! My unit was leaking and the only response I finally got after multiple phone calls was call your insurance company. If you have anything to throw out on site, they charge you $75 to unlock the dumpster! My rent here has more than doubled since I initially started renting! Much better companies and locations nearby!nnUPDATE: After a call from Mike today, I double down on my review. He is combative, does not listen, admitted to poor handling of a situation while I was in my car trying to leave the other day and has absolutely 0 common sense. PRE WARNING - 30 day notice means nothing - they will still charge you for the full month (calendar based) despite your notice or move in date.
Great experience. Mike is the property manager. So helpful. Not only are they good when you first sign up, but they're always available to answer questions at a later date.nHighly recommended.
I met Mike and Jason on two separate days and they were both very accommodating. Great guys and pricing is A+ud83dudc4cud83cudffb I highly recommend this place!
Solid storage place in a convenient area. What's not to like?
Mike was very helpful in getting the storage unit and answering questions . Extremely easy process in getting a unit. The Public Storage app was also easy to set up and use to gain entry. The unit was clean and met all expectations.
