Such an amazing place! The salon has a very warm and friendly environment! They always ask if you would like water, coffee or wine(that's a win!) and they make sure that you are comfortable when waiting to head back. The stylist's truly listen to what your concerns are with your hair and how you want your hair to look and feel. They take their time listening and figuring out what products would work best for you and your hair. As they use the products the stylist's will talk you through them and let you know exactly what the product does. The head and neck massage are great! The prices are even better! You leave Ten Friends feeling and looking amazing!

I am extremely disappointed in the service we received. We had 3 appointments booked for my brother's wedding and a few weeks before the event, the business decided to institute summer hours and be closed on Sundays (the day of our event) and cancelled all of the appointments that we had made. When I called to see if there was any way they could accommodate us since they had already accepted the appointments several weeks prior, they offered to reschedule us for another day. I explained that it was for a wedding and Kara, the representative I spoke with, said that there was nothing she could do to help us. She explained that it was a new hours policy that has been started the week prior. I asked why they waited a week to reach out and received no answer. We are trying to find a new place to accommodate us for the wedding. Very disappointing as this place came highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience at Ten Friends! I surprised my daughter to a blow out and she was treated like a complete princess by all of the staff. Her hair is very fine with curls and I typically have a hard time styling it; not in issue for the girls at Ten Friends. Her hair looked beautiful and lasted through to the next day. We had one happy girl!

Needed a blowout before a weekend away, so scheduled a Thurs afternoon appointment via their (EASY) online scheduling service - everyone there was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Had a very good experience (just a basic wash, dry and style was my service) that day and planned to come back. Just got back from my trip and my hair STILL LOOKS GREAT! So DEFINITELY coming back. I know its a bit of an extravagance, but there are times that its a needed extravagance and this one was worth every penny!!

I’ve been here 4 times already for wash/blowdry, and every time it’s amazing. Sure, I can do a blowdry at home but the wash alone is great because it comes with a mini massage. Then they ask questions to identify the type of look you’re seeking. The outcome every time has me leaving with a pep in my step and feeling great! Highly recommend.
