They did not offer the shampoo and conditioner until after services were performed and asked about it while paying. Also, I booked the appt for 2pm, arrived early and still was not seated until 20 mins after my appt. No apologies or anything. Unprofessional.
Ana did an AMAZING job at my hair. I showed her what I wanted and she did exactly that. So happy with my haircut. Will be returning.
There are some nice gals here and good to talk to, I miss the old days with the local Barbour shop, but here is pretty good.
