Somehow they removed my review so again Needs new management! Poorly ran facility, workers milking the clock and gossiping instead of doing their jobs too get the hard working men and women truckers of America in and out in a timely matter. Was treated so badly here I refuse to EVER buy a Webber product again!
Only 2 because load was light and decent back up room, 3 hour minimum wait to get loaded, nobody in shipping office, will be a while for paperwork, paperwork efficiency is a 0 star, loading process is a 1.5 star at best. Good luck
Atleast 4 hour wait for pickup even though not busy and 1 hour for bills only. Stay away form this company and find better load.
