Been using them since 2005 and they are fair, nice and well taken care of units. Family owned, and it fees like that with a personal touch.
The only one, 1 star review this place has received can be misleading. So, I decided to write one myself. This is actually a fantastic facility run by very nice people you would expect to find in a small town yet close enough to where I live in Aurora to be the best possible option in storage facilities. It’s just an easy country drive west on galena, then 5 mins or so west on route 30 via the 56 on ramp. I’m pretty sure it’s the cheapest, or very close to it too. I compared and that’s what I found. I was just there and the facility had just moved their office from one side of the building to the other side that is close to the entrance, so maybe that’s what happened with the other review because I also initially had a slight problem finding him. I just made a simple phone call to the office and found the owner in the new office no problem. Again, he’s the nicest guy possible and the place for me is a much better option than was using any place in Aurora living on the far west side.
I was here at 12:30 for a 1 p.m. scheduled opening time..... no one showed up and it's now 1:20 on a Wednesday. I would call first if you plan on using this place....just fyi
