Joined almost one year ago. It’s time to renew and they are at least on top of notifying you that they are renewing your membership. And it’s certainly gone up. Decided not to renew and now the fun begins. You must send a certified letter. It cost almost $7 to send a certified letter. (Other gyms usually just require an email or regular mail letter. The best gyms actually let you cancel at your location. This one requires a CERTIFIED letter. I go to the post office to mail it and the address they say to send it to doesn’t exist as per the post office. I try to go to the website but the google link takes you to “Not Found”. Try calling and spend 20 minutes on hold so far and I keep getting “All representatives are currently busy. Please stay on the line for the next available representative”. This is the second time I’m calling. It seems their target demographic is young people who sign up and just keep letting it auto renew because they make it impossible to cancel. Still on hold.
