Nice friendly people in office they get you in and out with deliveries and pickups.

Really slow unloading, 2h in the dock, not even touched, stay away....
The Shipping office is combined with the Receiving office on the East side of the building between docks 6 & 7. There is a clean restroom there too. You can wait in your truck where the docks have a red/green light system or you can wait in the driver area by the office. They are by appointment only. I was 15 minutes early and they took 1 hour to fully load my trailer. The staff was friendly. This is a good customer to do business with. Directions from I-88 are take Eola Rd South. Aurora Rd East. Frontenac Ct South. Enter driveway on the left and go around to the East side of the building to the office between docks 6 & 7. Overnight parking is allowed. The Jimmy John's nearby will deliver to your truck.
Receiving office is near dock 6. You can find overnight park spot. Receiving from 6 am
