Great company to work with, renting an office from them, they make it very easy. Awesome staff, eager to help.
A “bottom of the barrel” organization. The Logistics and CFS operations are a joke. The warehouse workers are a bunch of criminals and the employees look unkempt and unhappy. Much better options available.
Have worked with them a few times. Pricing was competitive and everything went smooth which has kept my business on the path to continued successful growth. Mike Swords was easy to work with and very professional. Hoping things continue on their current trend and lead to a mutually beneficial and long term relationship.
Ridiculously run place. Customer service a joke. Claim to have transparency but failed to mention the high cost of storage after 7 days. Brought this to her attention but received stuttering and lies and no callbacks. Jill and mary will smile to your face and lie while looking you in the eye. Sensed agitation when I brought their faults to their attention. Instead of owning up, got excuse after excuse iNstead. Never again. If you read these reviews and still allow this place to have your business, as I did, then you will get what you got coming to you.
