I love my smooth ceilings!Joseph repaired 3 different spots in my ceilings that had extensive water damage. He was professional and honest about his the whole process. I am so glad I found someone who could do the whole job. This is the first time I have used this company. Very honest, timely and cost effective. Would call again.

Highly recommend Moore Drywall & Painting company!! The team did a fantastic job painting our family's rental beach house and deck. Not only did Jimmy do a superb job, but his prices are fair. We live away from the area so we dealt with Jeff remotely until final walkthrough. He sent us updates by text and pictures. Very responsive, also gave decorating tips. Highly trustworthy and friendly which is an added touch to the professionalism.

Stay away from this company as it appears to be a scam. When I contacted them yesterday to make an appointment, they offered a $99 fee to come and give an estimate or pay $149 for a “Premium Home Service” contract that would waive the estimate fee and would get me 10% off of all services for a year. The guy I gave my credit card information sent my personal info and credit card info to the wrong email so I had to call my bank to cancel that card and send a new one. The same customer service rep told me my appointment would be for today from 4-7pm and they would quote and do same day repairs. After we got off the call, I logged into the app they told me to download and saw that he actually scheduled it for a random date next year at for 3:30pm. I called back and another customer service agent corrected my appointment.nnCut to today. I expected a call ahead of time as they told me the tech would call about a half hour before my appointment time. I called them at 4:15pm and was told the technician called me in the morning and it went to voicemail. I have no record of the call and no voicemail was left. I was told that they were escalating to the technicians manager and that tech would call me in 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later, not call so I called the company back. This time the customer service rep told me 4-7 is just a window for a quote and I reiterated what I was previously told and that I only booked them because of same day service and needed my drywall repaired so I could sell my home. I kindly asked to speak to a manager and the customer service rep told me he would transfer me and then hung up on my.nnI called back and was immediately hung up on.nnCalled again and spoke to another rep and explained my frustration. She said they’re just the booking agent and they can’t transfer me to a manager but she “could assure me someone would be out today if they can or we will reschedule.” That response is not acceptable in my opinion. She put me on hold for 20 minutes and I just hung up.nnDo yourself a favor, do not fall for the great reviews for this company. Maybe the company itself is as good as the reviews say but whoever they outsource to schedule appointments is a nightmare.

I have hired Moore Drywall & Painting. for several projects now. Charles is a real craftsman. His knowledge of paint and finishes are superior and his work product is outstanding. I highly recommend them for any project. Moore Drywall & Painting is amazing, 5 stars!!!

I needed a painting service since I recently bought a house with high ceilings . I looked at painters local to the Roswell area, and decided The Painting Company was best in market. We are super pleased with the entire process.Brad and his crew came out and bid the job, and given we were working with a tight time frame, finished the job ahead of schedule.
