Any Size Fitness is a great place to workout. Kelsey is encouraging and didn't let me quit at the beginning when it was especially difficult. He worked with me to find modifications that I was able to do and felt comfortable with. And the other people that go here really do feel like family. People encourage each other to be a little better today than you were yesterday! I have worked with a personal trainer in the past and I can honestly say I enjoy this better, I feel like I am seeing better results, I push myself further and this is more affordable!! All around, I am so glad I found this place! And I’ve been able to stay consistent, will all the support, for over 2 years! Thanks Kelsey!
I have been a member of Anysize for about the entire time the gym has been around. I started my weight loss journey when I was hardly even able to curl 3 lbs without aches or pains. I have come a long way since then and not only learned what my body can do, but also learned to love my body all thanks to the amazing group of people who I have met and become friends with on my weight loss journey.nnWhether you are thinking about adding some strength training to your cardio or scared to workout due to physical restrictions or fear of being left out in class - this place is absolutely for you.
