'Just okay? ' Had to dig it out. As much as they make on this business...they can't put a little salt down. The door was frozen to the ground. I posted photos.

I have not dealt with this company on a business level but as an out of towner passing through, I have dealt with him on a personal level. Part of My family in one vehicle and my parents and the other kids in another vehicle today. My parents were falling us and failed to signal that they were getting over (which is their fault) and cut him off. He preceded to pull up next to them, roll his window down and start yelling at them and calling them profanities. Then he moved up to our vehicle. I rolled my window down to see what was going on and tried to explain that they were following us and we were sorry and he proceeded to say that we needed to carry our a$$ back to Louisiana and quit being such dumb a$$es. At this point? I rolled my window up and did flip him the bird(which was not polite). I hope this is not the way most people in this area behave. I also now have 6 children that are upset because of this man’s apparent road rage. Please do not do business with such a classless person.
Decent prices on the units and if you need a moving truck you can use theirs free with the purchase of a rental agreement on a storage unit! 24/7 access by code otherwise a secure locked property.
Amazing customer service. I had lost the key to my padlock so I called the owner or the manager I'm not sure which and I told them what had happened. He was actually eating supper at the time. So we met at 7 o'clock that night and he cut my old padlock off. He gave me new padlock and refused any compensation for his time or the lock. That is customer service!!!!
