Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Here's the thing. I LOVED urban air. My kids and I would go several times a week before the pandemic. The price was unbeatable and we always had a blast. Service was great.nnThen came the pandemic. Despite calling and telling them that my dad has cancer and I would be unable to go to their facilities as I was acting as caretaker, they refused to stop charging me. Basically, instead of being decent understanding human beings, they decided to take my money, refused to refund any money or show any kind of understanding or empathy.nnWhen I asked them to cancel my membership they refused. I would NOT recommend this place as they do not appear to care about health, safety, or basic human decency when it comes to corporate. The people at the facilities are great. The people who take your money at corporate are heartless.

This place is great, a little over packed on Saturday but fun for the kids. The people that work the kitchen need to step up their game.. slooooow and in responsive. But very clean place and great jump areas for kids. and a solid four stars! Be nice to get some inflatables for the 4 and under crowd.

My child came here and is now sick! This place is filthy. Garbage and trash on floor at opening time. If they don’t sweep they don’t mop. Bathrooms are not clean at all. Masks are about 50/50 with spectators. Place overall lacks leadership and it shows. Save your sanity do not come here!!!!

Today was our 3rd trip to Urban Air, in Naperville. We love it so much that we bought a membership. The staff is super helpful and just kind. My kids are 10 and 8 and love all of the attractions. My daughter just asked if we can come back every day.nnThe building is clean and it's well staffed to help the kids do the various activities.

This place has a nice concept. Multiple attractions but it’s falling apart. The padding is coming down and while jumping on a trampoline I fell right through. The springs dislodged and the velcro came apart. I’m only 140lbs. Luckily I am an adult but if I were a child they would have been seriously hurt. I complained to the manager asking for my money back but he just offered free passes to come back. I told him I would absolutely not return because this place was a safety hazard. He told me everything is final sale, but I told him that I really hurt myself and I want my money back. The manager Josh didn’t care about anything I was saying. Do not go here. IT IS NOT SAFE!!!!!!!
