From out of town and went to this IHOP because the family loves it. We are greeted after a few minutes to a waitress rudely telling us we are going to have to wait 15-20 minutes because she is too busy. The place looks empty but we say okay and sit down and wait. After the 15 minutes I get up and see her just chilling in the back chit chatting and laughing it up with a co worker. We eventually just left. Obviously she told us that so we’d leave so she got what she wanted. But where was the manager to maybe help her out if she was so busy? Will not be returning to this location.

We had an absolute terrible experience. We ordered online through IHOP.com. We had to wait 40 minutes from the original pickup time. Our orders were mixed up along with 3 other customers. The workers were rude. On top of it all we didn't get an apology, an explanation or offer of it being on the house or even discounted. I tried twice to cancel my order and was refused. We will not be coming back needless to say.

Food was great when we finally got in. Told us it would be a 5 to 10 min wait and ended up waiting 40 mins and the place was empty. I understand social distancing rules but this was ridiculous. They need to get this place under new management.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered the family breakfast platter which was supposed to be ready to go at 9:15 it was not ready until 9:45... the food was cold cold by this time.. I called to ask for some kind of reimbursement and was told I’d have to try to call later with no resolution at all.. I decided to heat the food up in the microwave... the food was hardly editable and made us all sick in less than one hours time. They claimed to be busy but there were not many tables that were able to be occupied and a minimal forty minute wait for people going in.. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone... very disappointed they used to be great!

I order a lot from here and just went through door dash again. I received a message from the first person that went to pick up my order that they had waited 25 minutes already and the restaurant wasn't busy. Then they left and another person had to agree to pick up. I tried calling the restaurant and couldn't get through on multiple calls. I got through one time and i tried explaining the situation and then no response as though I was put on hold. Finally got the food and it is cold as well as the wrong order. Horrible service.
