Nice and quiet, have a little water spout for the kids and a playground. The kids really enjoyed this place.
Sunset Park is a well maintained park. Nice to see the additional parking. Looking forward to the car show being held there on Saturday August 10th, sponsored by Wasatch Rods and Customs Car Club.
Cheap to book if a resident. Not all outlets in pavilion work. Built in bbqs are warped and dirty. Playground is missing pieces and sand has weeds. Good shade though. Plenty of dirty tables waiting to be covered with dollar store table cloths. City counsel says it will be remodeled soon but as of now it's a bit gross and rundown much like Sunset's business district. Sigh..... event held there was great due to shade and large grass area.
Bathrooms are very clean. The park needs some maintenance. It would be a great area for the kids if it was a little better taken care of. Not much to do there, unless sunset days is going on.
Car show Under the Stars--great event.
