My first time taking my 5yr! Will definitely be a monthly customer. I have heard mixed reviews but what I saw was great. They cater to our babies like we are in our Beauty Salons. They include in the overall price, shampoo, condition, blow dry, all braid hair (if extensions needed), hair accessories (beads, ribbons, etc.) Absolute Best! No parents allowed. Drop kids and come back in 2-3hrs!
The owner has a very dismissive and rude attitude. The energy is way off not a welcoming environment at all. I heard one of the braiders talk rude to one of the children there and she was quick tempered. I DO NOT!, recommend this place at all and I hate to rate Black businesses like this. But, their attitudes and the treatment is ridiculous!! This is in reference to the Hyde Park location Thanks!
