I used Extra Space for our moves and was hugely impressed with their professionalism, promptness, and efficiency. No damage to any of our belongings, and WE ARE PICKY!! These guys know what they are doing. These guys were totally worth every penny! Use them! You guys won’t be disappointed!

The rental cost of the locker brings me here, the whole facility is remarkably clean and Liz the manager is amazing. After confirming the locker you want, she pleasantly explains everything you need to know about the company policy and then sets up your account. I am happy to have my Extra Space Storage here and I'll be glad to see Liz whenever I stop in.

The woman was very courteous, explained the process well, and provided me with the proper size storage unit! She also brought us a cart because there weren’t many available. My only improvement feedback is they should require people to return the carts/dollies instead of allowing customers to leave them all over the storage space.

I have a love/hate relationship with Extra Space Storage. In the beginning, 2 years ago my storage was perfect no issues. Then I started seeing mice droppings and then actual mice. Some of my things have been damaged. Do I leave ,do I stay......I stayed!!! The Manager Liz and the assistant (a gentleman) has been sooo accommodating. They are so helpful and sweet and have amazing customer service. They switched my unit I don't see any traces of mice or dropping in the facility anymore so take your chances and just monitor your locker!!!
