Tapasya is an incredibly gifted healing artist. I have been coming to her for shiatsu sessions for several years, and every time I am amazed at how skillfully and gracefully she navigates my challenges and my goals. Her gentle, open presence makes me feel fully seen, and creates an environment where healing feels truly accessible. She is especially gifted in working with sleep challenges. I've had many sleep issues through the years and she has helped me tremendously. I am also a shiatsu practitioner so I know my stuff, and believe me, Tapasya is AMAZING at what she does!
Katarina (Tapasya) has been my primary Shiatsu provider for over 5 years. I trust her with the story of my body, which is tied to all different parts of me. She listens well, and has an intuitive wisdom I find helpful and soothing. My body's been through many facets of healing--from injuries, breast cancer, PTSD and the everyday stresses of my modern life. Katerina is available to adapt and accommodate. I always leave feeling better! Katerina is clear and vital. Her work is sometimes soft other times strong, according to my needs. She is always studying and is brimming with knowledge. This is what I look for in a bodyworker. Aside from all of this Katarina is simply one of my favorite people!
My go to when I'm in need of a balancing touch. Katarina uses meridian theory in her approach, this creates a space of stillness during her sessions. I always leave feeling more grounded and open. Yet I do admit I wish the time didn't fly by so fast. I definitely recommend her!

Katarina has been gifted with healing touch. Her hands are full of love, compassion and skill. As a beginner to Shiatsu, I wasn't sure what to expect. Living Heart Centered Healing far exceeded my expectations. I left her space walking on air. I was positively glowing. I highly recommend Katarina's shiatsu practice.
