I was in a bind, called at 5 pm, Lucas took the time to determine which tire would be the best option for my driving needs.nDropped my car off before 6pm, was offered a ride home. Always an incredible experience. I arrived at 4:00 on a Friday and had my tail light go out. I needed a replacement part as well and they drove across town, on a Friday to get it for me, and installed it all by 5:00 so I could make daycare pickup. I cannot say enough great things about them and their service.
I asked for a quote for brakes via text, and they were quick to respond with a great price. They needed a ‘heads up’ to order parts. I stopped in the next day just to make an appt and give them time to order the parts; they surprised me with excellent service and worked me in that day. Quality workmanship. I’ll be taking my BMW there from now on.
