Nice to go somewhere that provides many services. Got windows tinted. crack/chip in windshield filled and tires balanced and rotated. Fair prices with quality personal shop feel. Big dealerships lack the personal interaction of talking to same person. Working with 2 people makes you feel like your wants, needs, and concerns are being addressed and understood. I Recommend Next2New for anyone needing service on their vehicle and look forward to using them going forward.

These people will sell you a car and make you feel like you're the most important person in the world as soon as you leave a lot and come back they act like they don't want to be bothered with you or are they are really short with you and try to brush you off for so as far as the customer service I can't say much good about it. Definitely go buy a car from people who will value you treat you with respect courtesy and put you first not on their time after you leave the lot not just before you buy the car

The crew at this dealership gave my a really fair deal on a trade in and purchase of a truck I've really wanted for a long time. They worked directly with my bank, American State Bank, and ironed out all the numbers and paperwork. They got everything ready to swap my trade and drive off with my sweet custom truck. Yesterday I went to tires tires tires and tried to have an alignment done, they wasted 2 hours of my time and I left without an alignment. They claimed my spindle for my ball joint was messed up, even though my fiancé spent the last couple of days putting all new axles, ball joints, and tie rods on the vehicle. They told me they couldn’t do the service due to the spindle and a used spindle was going to cost $100, not including labor. After the info about the spindle, they had the audacity to tell me their was a bulge on my tire (which I knew about already) so at that point I knew they were just trying to rack up my bill. I called next to new today, dropped off my vehicle, and picked it up at 4pm. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and my cars alignment turned out great. I would highly recommend getting an alignment here because they do a great job and won’t try to convince you that you need something that you don’t. They make it extremely convenient to get your vehicle done and the pricing is good too. It made my day when they told me they could get me in today because I’ve been so beyond stressed about not having a vehicle. So thanks again next 2 new for making my day and making my vehicle run great!
