Took care of me when I needed someone to turn some wrenches on my vehicles. Brought my car back to life by adding performance sound part and fixing exhaust leak. Also helped with another car by ensuring my AC was blowing close to ice cold. Will be back if I need the help again. Superior. Also the owner personally shuttled me which was awesome.
We ended up using their program that helps you get your car out sooner and work off paying the balance and it was a lifesaver I'm so glad they made this available I will be going back for sure.
Have been a Meineke customer for years at the 41st st location. They always were amazing! Recently went to Meineke on 12th because is now close to my work and they did not disappoint! Amazing people, customer service, and gave me rides to/from work because they were able to do additional needed work on my car at the time when I just brought it in for oil change and to check brakes. They didn't try to charge me for additional air filters, windshield wipers etc. They did what I asked went above and beyond to accommodate what I needed done in a very fast and efficient manner. Meineke customer for life. Thank you!!
I had a coupon for an oil change so I decided to go there. I used their website to register for a time and date so that was nice and easy. Showed up at my appointment on time. The person at the desk greeted me and ask what I needed and I told him. He had to add my information since it was the first time. Everyone was very nice and professional. They looked over my vehicle and said it was good. Took about an hour total.
Brad worked hard at finding me a good deal on new tires and kept me informed when my car was done. Greg and Brad are always friendly!
