Got a crack in my fifth wheel rv window. RV repair shops needed 4 or more weeks to get a replacement ordered so I'm left to get back to Texas with it cracked. Called Roberts Auto for advice on how to stabilize it. Very helpful and courteous response. If their willingness to talk it over with me is an indication of their customer service I'd recommend them.

Exceptional service! I came in from out of town to get my windshield replaced and found that the road leading to the shop was closed. I couldn't find a way through the construction so I called and explained what happened and Chris drove to where I was at so that I could follow him back to his shop. Despite me being late for my appointment because of this, the job was done in less than an hour and I couldn't have been more pleased with the work and the fair price (over $75 less than estimates from other shops). Will definitely be doing business here again if I need auto glass work done!
