WORDS CANT EVEN EXPLAIN HOW TRAUMATIC MY EXPERIENCE WAS. I went in wanting to dye my hair a burgundy color and the hair dresser left the bleach on my hair for too long and melted my hair off. It was such a sad day and since that’s happened I’ve had to get many haircuts and treatments since then and I have to be patient. The place is so unprofessional and they made me pay for the service even though it was there mistake. The manager kept saying “trust the process” what’s there to trust after my hair was burned off and stringy and terrible looking. All they wanted was money and didn’t care that all this happened to my hair. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! Save yourself the money and time. Horrible management.
DO NOT GO!!! Worst haircut in years- and this includes going to a local barber. I can’t believe that for $45 + additional for drying that from start to finish it was 16 minutes (shampoo included). All she wanted was to sell other services. I could have done this cut myself.nThere was a gentleman in who had been in the chair for a bit and my cut was quicker than his. Again DO NOT GO!!

I specifically asked the esthetician NOT to wax the top of my eyebrows & she did- now I barely have a brow. In addition, she was on her phone/ear piece the entire time- completely unprofessional..
One day late afternoon I had a appointment an I had Compliments from the corporate office went in there I showed to her an she said she would take this one time and look like what so told me to have a seat and she went to her assistance and show her the paper and when I seated the associated came to me an said were did I get this like I lieing then she start to do my hair I was soooo mad but I let finish when she got done I leave NEVER COMING BACK THERE I call Corp what happened they were understanding to what was happening
