Honestly have been to a bunch of gyms and Quads is the best by far. The members there are very work ethic oriented. I never see someone just sitting at a machine on their phone not doing anything. I think they actually have rules against it. The place is huge and loaded with different equipment. I have never waited to use anything there. If you actually want to lift and work out this place is awesome...
First, the new facility is incredible. Fantastic equipment. Second all the instructors combine excellent knowledge of what it takes to have a complete work out with warmth and empathy.
Great place for a convenient 30 minute workout. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. No boxing experience needed to learn some beginner moves while getting a great workout. Would definitely recommend for a fun way to workout.
I love starting my day at 9Round. Dorothy is a fantastic motivator who pushes me to work harder. She also educates me about which muscles each round is geared to strenthen and how I can tell if I'm doing them correctly by being aware of my body.
Excellent place to workout , I loved the different exercises in the 9 round everyday. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the place was not open late in the evenings and closed on weekends. The quality of coaches was better in the evenings when there was more traffic than during the day .
