We enjoy working out with Jason, he is a great, engaging, accessible trainer. I started last fall alone and my boyfriend joined me as workout partner. D21 just moved to a new location, try them out if you are looking for a small, intimate fitness studio for private training.
I have been training with Dietrich Horsey since 2008. He ALWAYS keeps my workouts safe, challenging, and invigorating. He and his staff really get to know their clients, and they will be with you for the long haul! It is truly sustainable fitness for your lifestyle. No matter what your current fitness level, they will get you into it and loving it!
