If I could give them 10 stars I would. On a trip from WA state to FL I lost my trailer brakes. I called several places and no one would get us in for days. Called and spoke with Dave in service and told him my issue and he told us to come on down and he would get someone right on it...and they did. They found the loose connections, but went the extra mile to tighten and check them all. Covered the repairs on my warranty. The entire crew has a friendly and positive attitude. Back on the road in less than an hour. Great customer service. Highly recommend them.
I found the RV I was looking for! It was definitely worth the trip! Staff was friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed when going through the unit. Even helped me load-up the few bags I came with for my camping voyage home. Their parts and accessories store was well stocked too!
Worked with Layne and purchased a 25 ft tow behind. 110% happy with everything. No pressure sales, no add on insurance BS, crystal clear pricing. The price you see on the tag is the price you pay. Complete breakdown of all costs. I've never made such a large purchase with so little hassle. Finance department was wonderful, mechanics who outfitted my truck did it quickly. went to a couple rv places to find a window and 3 days later .. we were still waiting on a call back . we made a phone call to schaaps and within 15 minutes Juliette found the window we were looking for and we will have it the same week !! what awesome customer service and schaaps will be the only place we will call from now on!!
First camper purchase. Relatively painless experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Answered all my novice questions without obvious annoyance. Would do business with them again and would recommend them.
