Was impressed with our salesperson Alex. Friendly professional and knowledgeable. Billion was a bit too excited to sell the Valpro package. I told Alex twice I wasn’t interested which was fine just doing his job but when someone else came out the third time it was too much. Had to give a reason why. I said I didn’t want it that should’ve been enough. Other than that it was good. My wife and I have bought from Billion before with few complaints and will always keep Billion in mind when looking. I give Alex 5 stars and Overall 4.

I had a oil change and tire rotation... express lane and it went very well!!!
I set an appointment a couple of days to service my Corvette. I was greeted with a smile by a great service writer. First thing he said was, he admired my vehicle and that I made a great choice. He asked about my service needs . He explained the process and the amount of time I should expect. I decided to sit outside the dealership because of the virus. He came outside several times to update me on the progress. The vehicle was completed much sooner than expected . The vehicle was as spotless or better as it was when I bought it in. Thank you Billion Chevrolet service for awesome job. Bring your Corvette there to their Corvette specialists .
I worked primarily with Aaron in the Chevy Collision Service area after my car was hit and totaled. He was incredibly helpful and very timely with his responses! He went above and beyond to assist me with my car needs and even helped explain the insurance process. Would definitely recommend!! He made it the easiest part of the entire car accident process!
