Easiest car buying experience I ha e ever encountered. Offered a very fair and reasonable amount for my trade sight unseen. No back and forth haggling. We drove 5 hours to purchase the vehicle and they were prepared and ready when we arrived so we could be on the road quickly. Brendin was the best car salesman I have ever had dealings with. Keep up the great work and go here for your Cadillac!!

Spotted a SUV belonging to Cadillac of Sioux Falls in Minneapolis yesterday. The driver was an old man driving dangerously, cutting through lanes, also cut into my lane right in front of me at the last second without using a turn indicator. He continued to speed and drive like that for as long as I followed him. He’d be lucky to not have a speeding ticket to his name. If he’s part of your staff, you need to train these guys to be better drivers. If he’s a customer, well bad luck.

I was treated with patience and respect at all times, it took longer than expected for the repair but I was presented with an extremely adequate loaner for the entire time and am VERY pleased with the manner in-which I was treated!

Absolutely terrible service for luxury vehicles! Last 4th of July, air conditioner quit on my ‘17 Escalade ESV Platinum, and they couldn’t get me in for a week and a half in 90 degree heat! Called Billion GMC and they had it in and fixed the next morning. Most recently, had 5-6 issues I needed repaired under warranty. Used the Cadillac mobile app they push and charge you monthly for, earliest appointment was a week and a half out! Seriously - this is supposed to be a luxury vehicle with primo service?? Documented all issues on mobile app, set 8 am drop off and request courtesy transportation. Wife arrived to drop off vehicle and they have no idea it was scheduled! Then she has to remember all the things that need repair, including massaging seats the service advisor didn’t even know existed! The final straw was at 5:45 pm that evening, we haven’t heard a thing from the dealership on the status of the truck. I called, got transferred to Service where the phone rang for SIX minutes and nobody answered. Sent email after phone debacle and still no communication and it’s now 10:30 am next day and no vehicle! Completely unacceptable service! Third and last Cadillac I will ever own!
