Went for air bag factory recall. They changed the air bag fine but when I went in there to pick up my car, they told me that there was a mouse nest inside the dash. Didn't inform me when the dash was open, initially they told me that they took pictures, but they didn't have any pictures either. Now I have to get my dash opened up again and get the nest out. Could have saved a lot of time and money if I was informed in time.

The service department was able to accommodate my oil change and tire swapping in a short notice

It's hard to find reputable, knowledgeable service for these cars in these parts. The of middle of nowhere. I generally try to do my own work but when weather is near freezing working on a car in the driveway is daunting. Thanks for the astute diagnosis and service.
