I had an issue with my Chrysler 200 (that I’ve taken to Luxury for several years for routine maintenance) and the air conditioning system. I made an appointment and although they couldn’t find it, was able to get in right away. Rich is a thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable guy. He came out in a bit and explained what they did. But even better, he noticed that my tire tread is pretty low and I’d need new brake pads, as well. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. Everyone I’ve encountered at Luxury has been so very, yes I’ll say it, NICE! I recommend them every chance I get!

I took my car to Luxury Auto for a Safety Recall and B-service, and as I do not live in Sioux Falls I asked if I could leave the car (this was Friday late morning) and pick it up Monday morning so I did not have to sit in the customer lounge until it was finished. Check-in was smooth and I headed home. I received a call later that afternoon to let me know the service was finished, and there were several items that needed service yet. Three of the items will be taken care of in April. The fourth, new wiper blades, was really curious; the ones on the car were installed 1-1/2 weeks ago. I wonder what was seen that would make the service tech think they needed to be replaced? And driving home (home is 55 miles north) a warning light came on, indicating that there was an error with the passenger side airbag and to get service immediately. Given that I was just at the garage for a safety recall for this very issue, I was not very happy! As soon as I arrived home I called Luxury Auto to tell them I had this message telling me I had this issue. I received a call back and finally connected with someone - it is nothing to worry about, they said. Simone probably just did not reset something. But you know what? This is the second time this is happened. The last time I went in for service the service computer was not reset. This time it is the airbag warning not reset. But the airbag warning light is a lot mor critical than a service reminder, would you agree?

John and the whole staff were great. They had done all the small stuff like oil change, tire rotation, and checked the brakes for wear before sale, it was clear they cared. Also no high pressure sales and the price was very competitive. I drove 600 miles for this car and I’d gladly do it again. Thanks again to the team there.

This place is amazing!!! Staff is always pleasant and willing to help you with any questions and concerns you may have!!! Detailed inspection with any job and aren't pushy with you need this and that. Best prices around. Not to mention their Covid-19 procedures are top notice!!! Thanks for caring about my safety as well as others!! Job well done and will always return!!!

This is the place to go for excellent customer service in all departments. Everyone is very helpful and wants you, as a customer, to be satisfied in your purchase the day you buy and for all future purchases. Alex was a great wealth of information in making my decision of vehicle purchase, very friendly and easy to communicate with. John finalized everything and made all a seamless transition.
